Use and Protection of User Data
We process all information which is not personally identifiable ("Other Information") to provide a safe, efficient, and customized experience, and only for specific and limited purposes. We ask only for data that is adequate, relevant and not excessive for those purposes.
Some of these purposes include the following: In order to inform you of new services we will be providing, or special offers, events or articles we think will be of interest to you;
To personalize your experience (your information helps us better respond to your individual needs);
We may use your Other Information internally to help us improve our products and services including the App and to improve customer service.
PanStage may collect metadata and statistics about Users of its App. PanStage may display this information publicly or provide it to others, provided that such information is provided in an aggregated and anonymized fashion.
If you supply PanStage with your email address, PanStage may occasionally send you e-mails to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or keep you up to date with what’s going on with PanStage and our products. We will, of course, keep these types of emails to a minimum. PanStage sends promotional email only to:
People who have given consent to Just to receive promotional email;
People on rented email lists who have given permission to the list owner to receive third-party promotional email;
All of the abovementioned who have not opted out after having received promotional email from us.
In each promotional email, we include an easy and clear way to opt out of future PanStage emails. When sending email to rented email lists, we suppress addresses of those people who have opted out of PanStage emails in the past. We always disclose our identity in mass email communications and never use deceiving header information or subject lines.
We never send mass, promotional email to email addresses “harvested” from websites. We never, under any circumstances, rent or sell email addresses to any other company or individual.
Our marketing email policy and practice fully conforms to the United States Federal “CAN SPAM” act of 2003 and the applicable Israeli statues such as the Protection of Privacy Law 5741-1981. Note that some regions such as the European Union, have different email laws and guidelines, and PanStage aims to conform to local laws in those cases.
If you send us a request (for example via a Contact@pan-stage.com or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other Users.
In the event of a change of ownership or control of all or part of PanStage, including without limitation through acquisition, merger or sale, PanStage reserves the right to disclose User information to such party to the transaction. You acknowledge that in the event of bankruptcy, insolvency or receivership, PanStage may have no control over the use and transfer of your information.
